Alos is the resort arm of Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, launched in 2019, with boutiques in Vouliagmeni, Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki and Costa Navarino. The Astir Marina shop carries Cartier, Bulgari, Dita, Thom Browne, Mykita, Jacques Marie Mage and John Dalia.

Several of those names are not stocked by the optical chains, and on this coast sunglasses are not an accessory category — they are what you wear from March to November.
The second, duller argument is the group behind it. Sixty-one shops across Greece and Cyprus means an adjustment or a replacement lens is a local errand rather than a shipment.
