Turnkey, and what that is worth
A household relocating from London or Geneva usually cannot be on site weekly during a two-year build. Every handover between architect, engineer, interior designer and contractor is a place where that absence costs money.
An office that holds all four roles removes the handovers. It also removes the independent check each of those parties provides on the others, which is the trade — the same one ISV’s construction arm presents, at larger scale.
Hospitality and corporate work is a large part of this office. It is not a villa atelier, and the public Riviera record is a single house that is not yet finished.
