Know what you are booking
This is not a quiet lunch. The format is deliberately celebratory and the room warms through the afternoon — that is the product, not a side effect. Booked with the right expectation it is very good at what it does. Booked with the wrong one it is simply the wrong restaurant.
The kitchen is French and Mediterranean. We have not eaten there and are not describing the cooking.
The resident’s test still applies and almost nobody asks it: are you open in February. The pillar file lists the other rooms on this quay.
