Foster + Partners produced the masterplan for The Ellinikon and designed the Riviera Tower within it: 200 metres, 50 storeys, over 170 residences, with A.N. Tombazis & Associates as local architect, doxiadis+ on landscape, Buro Happold on structure, and Bouygues with AKTOR building it.
The numbers, corrected
The structural frame reached its full 200 metres in July 2026. Delivery is targeted for summer 2027. The residence count is over 170 — LAMDA’s own material and the Greek financial press agree on roughly 170 or 171, and the tower is reported sold out.
An earlier figure of 90 flats is still widely republished. It is superseded, and this page carried it until now.
The masterplan is the bigger fact
A tower is a building. A masterplan is 6.2 million square metres, and Kengo Kuma, Bjarke Ingels, Aedas, SAOTA and Oppenheim are all designing inside rules somebody else wrote.
For a household weighing Elliniko as an address, that is the thing to understand. You are not buying a building; you are buying a position inside a plan authored in London.
