Gucci holds a unit on the marina promenade, one of three houses within fifty metres of each other that belong to the same group, alongside Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta.
Three houses, one owner
That is not a criticism, it is orientation. Groups lease in blocks, and a resort location that takes one house often takes three — which is why marina promenades across the Mediterranean resemble one another.
What follows for a resident is that comparison here is easy and range is narrow. You can see three houses in ten minutes and none of them in full.
