Helli Pangalou founded the practice after an MLA at Edinburgh in 1996. The Riviera work on the public record is a residence in Kavouri, 2009 to 2012 — landscape for a two-house complex among the pines, with the buildings by Kokkinou + Kourkoulas.

Why the old project is the useful one

A landscape scheme photographed on handover tells you what was planted. A landscape scheme fifteen years later tells you whether it was the right thing to plant. On this coast — salt, thin soil, forty-degree Augusts, half-empty houses — that is the only question.

The public credential is the park at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre, with Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Deborah Nevins. Not a private garden; the reason the phone gets answered.

The office also did the roof and grounds at One Athens for Divercity, which is how these names keep meeting each other on this list.

What is actually available

A meaningful share of what trades on this coastline never reaches a portal. We work with a small number of licensed agencies and can put your brief in front of them at once, with a budget band and a timeline, so you get shown property rather than a newsletter.

  • 01 A human reads it. Always.
  • 02 We name names, and we say why.
  • 03 Any commercial relationship is disclosed up front.
  • 04 Nothing you send us is sold to anyone.

Where we earn a referral fee we say so on the page it appears. Nothing in the editorial rankings is for sale. Read the charter.

What is this about?

We reply within one working day. Your details are never sold or passed on without your say-so.
