Pavlos Michail founded the practice in Glyfada in 2016. It does architecture and interiors together, and its current Riviera work is three private houses: Casa Oliva and V6 in Vouliagmeni, Alamanas One in Voula.
Casa Oliva as a brief
Travertine, a black-marble waterfall pool, a master suite with a private pool, spa and gym, a playroom that looks down into a lit garage. Landscape by Greenways, lighting by a specialist.
Read as a document rather than a photograph, that is a fairly precise description of the programme a €6M-plus household on this coast asks for, and it is worth knowing that it is being built now rather than imagined.
And what is not finished
All three houses are published as under construction. A practice’s completed record and its current site are different things, and this site prints the distinction rather than letting a render do the work.
