Commercial relationship
LivingTheta earns referral fees from brokers in this category where an introduction leads to a booking. That is a standing commercial interest in you chartering, and it is disclosed on every page of this site that touches the category. There is no agreement with Fraser specifically, nothing has been received from it, and it has not paid for this page.

Fraser has been trading since 1947, is headquartered in Monaco, and runs seventeen offices with around 240 specialists across charter, sales, management, new build and crew.
The Greek office
Fraser Greece is on Megalou Alexandrou in Glyfada and came from buying Atalanta Golden Yachts, an established Athens brokerage, in 2024. It is run by Vassilis Fotilas.
Who owns it, precisely
MarineMax, the NYSE-listed group, since July 2019 — and MarineMax itself agreed in August 2026 to be taken private by Safe Harbor Marinas, which Blackstone Infrastructure owns, at about $1.5 billion. That deal has not completed.
It matters here because Northrop & Johnson is in the same group, so a client comparing the two is comparing two arms of one owner. The full ownership map is its own piece.
