The Zillers Rooftop sits on top of the boutique hotel in Ernst Ziller’s old house on Mitropoleos, with the Acropolis on one side and the Metropolitan Cathedral below. Dinner only, two tasting menus, one star since 2022.
Where it fits
It is the accessible one. Hervé is a keypad and a fourteen-course commitment; this is a rooftop with a view and a price band that does not require an occasion.
That also means it is the one most likely to feel like somewhere visitors go. If the point of the evening is that nobody at the next table is on holiday, this is the wrong room and Petralona is the right one.
