The nearest tax counter to the Riviera, and no longer a tax office in the sense the name implies. It was renamed and stripped of tax administration in June 2024.

- What it can still do
- Counter service, not tax administration In-person AFM and kleidarithmos collection, guidance on the digital services, and vehicle immobilisation matters. Income tax, VAT, register and special-taxation files for the whole of Attica sit at KEFODE in Tavros.

- Not published Staff attendance for a YFE is fixed at 07:30 to 15:30 by the 2024 decision, which is not a public counter time. The general rule for the old DOY closed public entry at 14:30, but we found no 2026 confirmation of it and are not printing one. Service is by appointment through "Ta Rantevou mou".
- Territorial jurisdiction
- Could not confirm, and the question may no longer mean anything AADE’s September 2026 directory attaches explicit jurisdiction notes to provincial offices and attaches none to any Attica YFE, which is consistent with them being service points rather than territorially competent offices. That is our inference from the structure of the document, not a published rule.
Γούναρη 227 is the tax counter for the southern suburbs and the closest one to Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni. It is worth knowing precisely what it is, because the name it is still known by promises more than the office now delivers.
What happened in June 2024
Every DOY in Attica was renamed a Υπηρεσία Φορολογικής Εξυπηρέτησης and the substantive work moved to KEFODE Attikis with effect from 17 June 2024. The renaming is in the operative text of the May 2024 decision; the transfer was announced by AADE on 13 June 2024.
So a YFE handles collection of an AFM and kleidarithmos in person, help with the digital services, and vehicle immobilisation. Everything else — including anything to do with the non-dom regimes — is administered centrally.
For a household that has just bought in Glyfada or Vouliagmeni, the practical consequence is that the nearest tax building is nine minutes away and mostly not the answer.
